Thank you to the Honor float team who consistently raises money and donates to the Honor Flight.   We appreciate all the support for the Veterans. This year we also had a quilt donated by the Freedom stitchers and Eastern Iowa Heirloom quilters.

During the month of August, the Cedar Rapids and Marion Hy-Vee stores sold paper airplanes at checkout to anyone who wanted to buy them.  Thank you to all the wonderful customers who purchased them.  Thank you also to Hy-Vee for coming up with this amazing fund raiser.   We are overjoyed with the donation. The West Branch Lions club works a stand at the Hawkeye games, and they raised $500 through donations for the Honor Flight. Thank you for your support.

Timberline Manufacturing raised money during an event and wanted to donate the proceeds to the Honor Flight.   Thank you for thinking of us and thank you for supporting our Veterans.

Parker and Nora had a lemonade stand that raised $1300.00.  They donated the funds to the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight.   Thank you for thinking of the Veterans.   This is amazing.

Daves Coffee Cakes had a fund raiser at Wilson Road Hy-Vee where a portion of each coffee cake bought went to the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight.   Thank you to everyone who bought a Coffee Cake.  They are delicious.   Thank you to Daves Coffee Cakes for holding the fund raiser and the donation.
